Fancy Dress Summer Ball Saturday 25th August |

Our FABULOUS summer ball was held this year at The Premier Tranny Friendly Nite Spot in the South West, The Sandridge Hotel in Newquay, Cornwall. Guests came from all over - Sherri, Tamsin and Kelly drove down from London, Fiona came from Croydon, Ruth and Suzy came from Ipswich, not to mention Steph from Detroit, who happened to be 'nearby' in Frankfurt and just HAD to pop over ! The cabaret was performed by two very dear friends of ours, Mark and Jamie, also known as Miss Debonair and Titch. They came all the way from London to perform to rapturous applause at the Sandridge. The day began with guests arriving at the LUXURIOUS summer residence of Nicki & Debs in time for a summer barbecue by the pool. |

Of course, this wasn't just any old barbecue - this was another of Debbie's Delicious Sumptuous Banquets. Joining us were locals Janice and her husband, Phil and Dave, as well as Clive and Mike, who arrived as yer everyday regular geezers and left a couple of hours later GLAMOROUSLY attired in wigs, make up, evening dresses, stockings and high heels. |

Around 10 o'clock we were all assembled and sparkling in the hallway. The mini-bus which Debbie had arranged arrived on time and we set off for the Sandridge. A special mention here to Debbie and Miss Debonair who gave advice and practical help where needed to make sure we all looked ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! Needless to say, we all made a SPECTACULAR entrance. Clive and Mike had great fun teasing their friends at the club, who didn't recognise them AT ALL in their new feminine guises. Here are some pix of us all having fun at the club….. |

Soon it was CABARET TIME and we welcomed to the stage, that most FABULOUS of acts, from London's WayOut Club and the House of Drag…. MISS DEBONAIR and TITCH!!! |
